Hi ladies! Long time no post.... any of us!
So, here's where I'm at with my workouts. I keep finding reasons not to. That's where I'm at. Sitting next to the treadmill and glancing at it every once in awhile while I write letters, check fb....glance.... shop online, read my book, eat a few pretzels....glance... give the kids a bath, make this months meal plan, talk on the phone...glance... do a load of laundry.... glance...
I really need to get back on a workout schedule...
