Hi ladies! Long time no post.... any of us!
So, here's where I'm at with my workouts. I keep finding reasons not to. That's where I'm at. Sitting next to the treadmill and glancing at it every once in awhile while I write letters, check fb....glance.... shop online, read my book, eat a few pretzels....glance... give the kids a bath, make this months meal plan, talk on the phone...glance... do a load of laundry.... glance...
I really need to get back on a workout schedule...

Well, I say just do something. I have been working out 3 x week through the winter to maintain, instead of 5 x week that I try to do in the spring, summer, fall. I am enjoying classes at the YMCA like dance aerobics, interval class, and a little treadmill. Maybe you could just start by walking a mile and running a mile (25 min) M-W-F-Sat. Other ideas: Jillian Micheals 30 day Shred (3-20 min, killer workouts) or Jeni like Traci Anderson videos. Go Girl!
